Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping In India: We offer free shipping across India. As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 15-20 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.

  • Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency. 

Please Note: Tracking and Shipment based complaints raised after 30 days from the date of product dispatch will not be taken into consideration.

  • Shipping Internationally: Sharmee offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all prepaid orders. For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees are charged per kilogram and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout.
  • Tax and duties: Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders. If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.
  • Delivery & Tracking: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out of the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number

Please Note: Dispatch of the outfit will only be possible upon full payment of the order

For international couriers the outfit will be dispatched only once we receive the courier amount.

Also, in case of an extra delay in dispatching your order due to volume orders during season time, festivals, or due to any unforeseen circumstances, our team shall inform you about it via mail.
