We undertake multi-layer quality checks before the dispatch to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, after receiving the product, if there are any complaints, you should respond within 7 days from the product received.

Credit Note, yes!!
While we don’t provide a monetary refund, we will assist you with your returns/exchanges and under certain situations, we will be able to provide you with a credit note which you can redeem against any product of your choice. You may refer to the same under ‘Exchange Policy’ section below
Exchanges Policy
Please Note: In case of any inconvenience with the order, it is a must that we need an unboxing video. We may be unable to extend any support in the absence of an unboxing video.
- Products are only eligible for exchange if there are size-related issues raised within 7 days of delivery, if the original label and tags are not tempered, broken, damaged and if the product is not used or washed.
- The exchange or return request will be completed and processed only after we receive the product and it has been checked for no tampering.
- In case of a size issue, if the size you desire is not available for exchange, there would be no refund provided. However, we can give you a credit note that you can redeem later against any product you like.
- Products purchased in the sale are not eligible for returns or exchange. Products purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for exchange/refund or return.
- Exchange can be done with another product of same or higher value by paying the remainder.
- Orders are non-returnable if the above criteria are not met.
- The courier charges of sending the product back to us will have to be borne by the customer.
Exchange process
- Email us at sharmeecreations@gmail.com from Monday – Saturday
- In your email, kindly mention your order number, date of transaction, delivery address & phone number.
- In case of a damage complaint, please also attach an image and video of the defective item, the packaging it was received in and the unboxing video in your mail.
- In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size required.
